Karan is a graduate of the University of Illinois with a bachelor's degree in sociology and minor in psychology and social work. Karan has more than 20 years of experience in working with and managing government and social service agencies. She enthusiastically applies her experience and skills in record review, analysis and technical writing to the development and presentation of the mitigation strategy.
